We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Design Intern to join us in Gurgaon (in-office, full-time) and bring our brands to life — through social creatives, ad campaigns, brand assets, and more. This is a chance to see your work go live, shape how people see us, and grow fast alongside a team that moves quickly and cares deeply about the craft.

What you'll do:

• Design creatives and ad campaigns for social media and digital marketing
• Build brand-consistent visuals across SheThePeople and Gytree
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life
• Iterate quickly based on performance and feedback

What we're looking for:

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Comfort with AI tools (Midjourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up ideation and production
• A good eye for layout, color, and typography
• Someone who can take a brief and run with it, with fast turnaround
• Diligent, punctual, and a strong work ethic, someone we can rely on

Details:

• Paid internship — stipend ₹15,000/month
• Full-time, in-office in Gurgaon
• 3–6 months, with strong potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance
