Program Manager(Education Industry)-Salary-12.00 to 15.00 Lacs PA

Key Responsibilities

1. Providing academic leadership for UG Level Programme(s) in line with The Company's strategic plan, core values, strategic priorities, policies, and regulations and the requirements

1. Maintaining good collaboration with partner university and provide leadership, direction, and communication to module leaders to ensure the quality of learning, teaching and assessment within the modules provides a stimulating learning experience for the students.
2. Develop and update documents, like timetables, Programme handbooks etc., that support and illuminate Programme structures for the student.
3. Work with module leaders and academics to ensure a consistent and coherent virtual learning presence for all modules within Programme.
4. Communicate and work with module leaders and academics to ensure the effective coordination and coherence of the Programme.
5. Collaborating with students, staff from within and beyond the organization, and external stakeholders to support effective Programme delivery, student experience, academic quality, and operational coordination across the Programme.
6. Prepare for, coordinate, and manage induction activities for Programme.
7. Engage and support students with applications for mitigating circumstances, suspending their studies, academic appeals etc.
8. Provide information for students to guide Programme route choice e.g. option choices, module choice and allocation to modules, where appropriate.
9. Utilise a range of evidence and feedback to support continuous improvement in Programme delivery, student engagement, and overall student experience.
10. Taking a proactive approach to ensuring effective coordination of Programme delivery, assessment processes, student feedback practices, and academic operations across the programme.
11. Ensuring that module leaders and academics correctly and accurately set up individual module Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) sites according to the respective principles and regulations, and that they are appropriately maintained, and that the programme and assessment landscape are correct.
12. Communicate with and respond to, partner, moderator(s) and external examiner issues and reports and respond to required programme enhancements.
13. Taking a pro-active role in the monitoring of academic quality and KPIs of the programme and complete routine monitoring through the required annual returns. Assuming accountability for programme performance in internal and external audits.
