Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Investment Banker – Debt Syndication & Structuring to lead debt financing, financial restructuring, and capital advisory assignments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate banking, structured finance, and lender negotiations, along with an established network across banks, NBFCs, and institutional investors. This role is critical in helping clients optimize their capital structure, secure funding, and execute complex financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead debt syndication mandates by arranging funding through banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Structure and execute debt refinancing, restructuring, and liability optimization strategies.
• Drive One-Time Settlement (OTS) negotiations with banks and institutional lenders.
• Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs), financial models, and investor presentations for capital raising initiatives.
• Develop customized financing solutions based on clients' business requirements.
• Evaluate financial statements, cash flows, and credit profiles to assess funding feasibility.
• Negotiate lending terms, security structures, and collateral optimization with financial institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, private credit funds, and institutional investors.
• Coordinate with promoters, CFOs, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Monitor market trends, lending policies, and regulatory developments to identify financing opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• 10–12 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, Debt Syndication, or Investment Banking.
• Strong knowledge of debt structuring, project finance, credit appraisal, and banking regulations.
• Proven experience in debt syndication, financial restructuring, refinancing, and OTS transactions.
• Established network with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and institutional investors.
• Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently and deliver within timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
