Role Highlights

* Lead and scale Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp Marketing

* Drive high-performance paid advertising campaigns

* Handle agency coordination & campaign execution

* Manage CRM workflows, lead nurturing & customer engagement

* Build strong digital visibility and measurable business growth

Key Responsibilities

META & Social Media Marketing

* Plan, execute & optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp

* Create performance-focused social media strategies

* Increase reach, engagement, brand awareness & lead generation

* Coordinate creative campaigns, reels, videos & promotional activities

* Stay updated with trends, audience behavior & competitor activities

Paid Marketing Ads

* Manage META Ads and other digital paid campaigns

* Handle targeting, retargeting, audience segmentation & budget planning

* Track KPIs like CPL, ROAS, conversions, engagement & impressions

* Generate performance reports with actionable insights

Agency Coordination

* Work closely with digital & creative agencies

* Ensure timely execution of campaigns & deliverables

* Monitor agency performance and maintain brand consistency

CRM & Lead Management

* Manage CRM tools and customer engagement workflows

* Ensure proper lead tracking & follow-up systems

* Build WhatsApp communication flows & automated nurturing campaigns

* Analyze customer and campaign data for continuous improvement

Strategy & Analytics

* Develop digital growth strategies aligned with business goals

* Monitor website traffic, campaign performance & audience engagement

* Drive innovation through data-backed marketing decisions

What We're Looking For

* 4–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing

* Strong command over META Ads Manager

* Hands-on expertise in:

* Facebook Ads

* Instagram Ads

* WhatsApp Marketing

* Lead Generation Campaigns

* Good understanding of CRM & customer engagement platforms

* Experience handling third-party agencies

* Strong analytical, communication & execution skills

* Experience in laminates / plywood / interior / building materials industry will be an added advantage
