Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Udupi. The Architect will be responsible for developing concept designs, detailed architectural drawings, and 3D visualizations for a variety of project types. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing design documentation, and ensuring that project solutions meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability objectives. The role involves collaborating with consultants, reviewing construction details, and supporting site supervision to ensure design intent is accurately implemented. The Architect will also contribute to design presentations, participate in project reviews, and support continuous improvement in sustainable design practices and workflow efficiency. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing. - Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural workflows, such as integrating design software, BIM tools, and digital collaboration platforms. - Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. - Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM software, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) is beneficial. - Knowledge of sustainable design principles, building codes, and construction processes is highly desirable. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with eligibility for professional registration as per local regulations. - Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
