For more information please visit our website - https://www.peoplefy.com/ Work Location : Viman Nagar, Pune ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Team Lead – Recruitment with 9+ years of experience in recruitment consulting, preferably in Engineering and Manufacturing, EPC (Engineering, Power & Energy) roles to join our dynamic team in Pune. - Liaising with Hiring Managers, stakeholders and clients to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Hands-on experience in leading a team of at least 5–6 recruiters, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery targets are met - Strong experience in stakeholder management, including understanding client requirements, setting hiring priorities, and ensuring timely closures. - Experience in handling deliveries, understanding & cascading client requirements and achieve targets - Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested - Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles. PRE-REQUISITES - Experience working in a recruitment consulting/staffing environment with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven setup - 8–12 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Engineering and Manufacturing, EPC (Engineering, Power & Energy) roles - Experience in Team Leading and/or Account Management, with proven delivery ownership. - Proven experience in handling recruitment delivery, with end-to-end ownership of multiple requirements. - Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills with clients and internal stakeholder - Energetic, accomplished and creative personnel with great recruitment and management skills
