What you'll own: Sales Strategy & Growth - Drive sales strategy and revenue growth across our IT Services portfolio - Build and manage a strong pipeline through strategic hunting and market penetration - Own quarterly and annual revenue targets — and consistently beat them Enterprise Sales & Client Acquisition - Engage directly with CXOs and key decision-makers across industries - Sell across our full solutions stack: Application Development, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Product Engineering, and Managed Services - Run the complete sales cycle — from first conversation to signed deal Account Growth & Relationships - Drive account mining, cross-sell and upsell within existing enterprise accounts - Build long-term strategic partnerships with key clients - Champion customer satisfaction and retention What you bring: - 15+ years in B2B / Enterprise Sales within IT Services or Technology Services - A proven track record of hitting multi-million-dollar sales targets - Strong hunter instincts — new business development, consultative and solution selling - Experience in strategic alliances, revenue forecasting, and sales team leadership - A solid network across enterprise accounts and industries - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills If you are ready to lead high-impact enterprise deals and shape the sales growth story, we would love to hear from you.
