Housekeeping Training Manager

Urban Company is looking for rockstar Training Managers to build India's best-trained home services workforce. This is not a desk job — you'll be on the ground, coaching and empowering service professionals to deliver 5-star experiences to customers, and transforming careers at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on practical training to home service professionals on cleaning SOPs, hygiene standards, tools, chemicals, and machine handling
• Train professionals on grooming, service etiquette, and customer interaction to ensure 5-star service delivery
• Conduct assessments, certifications, and refresher training; track trainee performance and quality metrics
• Create and continuously improve training content — SOPs, checklists, demo modules, and audit formats
• Coach, mentor, and motivate trainees; support their growth into skilled, confident professionals
• Conduct quality audits and on-field observations to identify skill gaps and close them through targeted interventions
• Coordinate with operations and supply teams to meet training and onboarding targets

Who Should Apply

• Bachelor's degree or 2-year Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management
• 4+ years of experience in housekeeping operations in hotels or facility management, at Executive level or above (Housekeeping Executive, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Facility Manager, or similar)
• Deep knowledge of cleaning SOPs, hygiene standards, chemicals, and equipment
• Strong people management, communication, and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and uplifting frontline professionals
• Willingness to work from training centers and travel as required
