Full Stack Engineering Manager - Java/React.js

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Engineering Manager, you will spearhead the architectural vision and delivery of high-scale enterprise applications, bridging the gap between complex backend systems and intuitive frontend experiences. You will lead high-performing engineering squads, collaborating closely with product leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and global clients to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor diverse engineering teams to design and deploy scalable full-stack solutions that meet evolving business demands.

- Architect high-performance systems using Java and React.js to ensure seamless integration and optimal user engagement across all platforms.

- Manage end-to-end cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP, optimizing resource allocation and cost-efficiency to support enterprise-grade operations.

- Drive agile development practices and rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality and delivery speed.

- Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps that align with long-term organizational objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and managing complex full-stack ecosystems, with a deep proficiency in Java-based backend services and React.js frontend frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and maintain cloud-native applications on Azure and GCP, ensuring high availability and robust security protocols.

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-caliber engineering talent in a hybrid work environment.

- Strong strategic communication abilities, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- A minimum of 14 - 18 years of progressive experience in software engineering and management, preferably backed by a degree from a premier institute.

- High adaptability to evolving technologies and a proactive approach to solving architectural challenges in a high-growth, Gurgaon-based corporate setting.
