Job Description:
- Drive sales of AWS Cloud solutions, including cloud migration, managed services, DevOps, cloud security, and modernization services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Cloud Architects, Infrastructure Managers, and technology decision-makers.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable AWS-based solutions.
- Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with AWS partner managers, pre-sales consultants, and technical teams to develop winning proposals.
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, commercial proposals, and pricing models.
- Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer records using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay updated with AWS services, cloud trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in Cloud Sales, IT Infrastructure Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Technology Solution Sales.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, EKS, ECS, CloudFront, CloudWatch, and AWS Migration Services.
- Experience selling cloud migration, managed cloud services, DevOps, backup & disaster recovery, cloud security, or infrastructure modernization solutions.
- Proven experience in enterprise account acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, AWS Managed Service Provider, or Cloud Consulting organization.
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization, FinOps, Kubernetes, Containers, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) is an advantage.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or AWS Sales Accreditation certification is preferred.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure or Google Cloud) is a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage.
