1. Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support and field service for semiconductor and SMT manufacturing equipment. The role involves machine installation troubleshooting maintenance activities and customer support at client locations. Candidates should have hands-on experience with SMT production equipment and strong technical problem-solving skills.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer and technical support for semiconductor and SMT equipment
• Perform installation commissioning and preventive maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure timely resolution
• Support machine calibration and performance optimization
• Conduct machine inspections and diagnose operational issues
• Handle breakdown maintenance and corrective actions
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams for issue resolution
• Maintain service reports and technical documentation
• Support customers during machine setup and production activities
• Provide on-site field service support at customer locations
• Ensure machine performance meets operational requirements
• Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders

3. Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Mechatronics Instrumentation Electronics or related Engineering disciplines
• 2 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or SMT equipment support

• Jig Saw Singulation Machine
• SMT Process Equipment

Service & Maintenance

• Machine troubleshooting

Manufacturing Knowledge

• Semiconductor assembly process
• SMT manufacturing process
• Field service support
• Experience with semiconductor packaging or assembly environments
