Job Description

Position Summary

ReDEFY is seeking a highly motivated QA Lead to establish and lead our Quality Engineering practice across Salesforce and AI-powered implementations. This role is responsible for defining testing strategies, implementing automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and OmniStudio.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both manual and automation testing within the Salesforce ecosystem and enjoys working in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will collaborate closely with Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and clients to ensure every solution is delivered with quality, performance, security, and scalability in mind.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Leadership

• Define and execute the QA strategy across multiple Salesforce implementation projects.
  
• Establish QA standards, processes, best practices, and governance.
  
• Lead and mentor QA Engineers while promoting a quality-first culture.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
  

Test Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive Test Plans, Test Strategies, Test Cases, and Test Scripts.
  
• Review business requirements and technical designs to ensure complete test coverage.
  
• Coordinate Functional, Integration, System, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
  
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution.
  

Automation Testing

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce automation frameworks.
  
• Develop automated test scripts using modern testing tools.
  
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Continuously improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
  

Salesforce Quality Assurance

• Validate configurations across Salesforce Clouds.
  
• Test Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, OmniStudio, and integrations.
  
• Verify APIs, middleware integrations, and data migration activities.
  
• Ensure security, sharing, and permission models function correctly.
  
• Validate Agentforce AI workflows and Data Cloud implementations.
  

Performance & Release Management

• Support performance, scalability, and load testing activities.
  
• Participate in release planning and production deployments.
  
• Perform production validation and post-release verification.
  

Collaboration

• Partner with Business Analysts to validate requirements.
  
• Work with Developers to identify root causes and resolve defects.
  
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of software testing experience.
  
• 5+ years of Salesforce QA experience.
  
• 3+ years leading QA teams or quality initiatives.
  
• Strong experience testing enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  
• Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Requirements

Strong experience testing enterprise Salesforce implementations. Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
