E2logy - Business Analyst

(Only candidates currently residing in Noida Sec 73 or nearby areas will be considered.

• The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.
• This role involves working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, an understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Draft and support proposals, including scope, assumptions, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with senior technical and sales members during pre-sales.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure proposals are realistic and milestones achievable.
• Participate in client demos, answer technical queries live, and help close deals.
• Prepare project requirements documentation such as Functional Requirements, Technical Solution, Software Architecture, Use Cases, Flowcharts, User Journeys, Wireframes etc.
• Attend client meetings to clarify business needs and priorities.
• Perform internal reviews with delivery teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and note client feedback.
• Provide user training to users after solution Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
• Attention to details & Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
