We are looking for a dynamic Digital Media Head to lead the business development and execution of digital-first strategies within our PR agency. The candidate should be well-connected, having excellent business development skills to finalise mandates for social media management, Online Reputation Management, Social listening etc and achieve targets for the firm.
Responsibilities :
- Drive new business development by including digital strategy insights in pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for essential clients, developing strong, relationships.
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations, facilitate client meetings, and convert client goals into effective digital strategies.
- Understand the client's company objectives and ensure that digital media initiatives are in line with their overall public relations and communications plans.
- Integrate public relations, content marketing, and digital storytelling to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists to create new and successful campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to track and analyse campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve results and guide future plans.
Qualifications :
10-12 years of experience in digital media, preferably at a PR agency / digital agency with strong business development skills.Deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape, emerging trends, and audience behaviours.Strategic, imaginative, and detail-oriented, with a thorough understanding of how digital intersects with PR and earned media.Experience in developing and implementing digital media strategies that deliver outcomes.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency with important digital tools and platforms.Outstanding analytical, communication, and client management abilities.Industry
