Best NanoTech is hiring experienced US Healthcare Recruiters to join our team in Gurugram, India. This is an onsite role for professionals with a strong background in Healthcare recruitment for US & Canada.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and validate candidates for client Healthcare roles across U.S. Geography.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, W2, and full-time positions
- Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targets
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools effectively
