Job Summary : We are seeking a highly driven and creative Apparel Designer to lead end-to-end product development for new and evolving categories for CULT under Performance Sports wear-Men & Women. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of technical fabrics, strong aesthetic sensibility, and a consumer-first mindset. You will be responsible for transforming unmet consumer needs into innovative, functional, and brand-aligned products—from initial concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct trend and market research for concept development.
• Participate in the creative process of user surveys, market analysis, and feedback data collection.
• Translate research insights into design decisions across collections.
• Sketch seasonal line sheets for both Men’s and Women’s collections across Running, Training, Yoga, and Athleisure.
• Regularly conduct Cult store user surveys to gather product feedback and improve design direction.
• Develop and maintain detailed tech packs and ensure updates based on vendor and development feedback.
• Manage and update key trackers :

○ Product Development Tracker ○ Attribute Sheet Tracker ○ Catalog Shoot Tracker
