Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in e-commerce. Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows : cart, checkout, order fulfillment, returns, etc. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Office. Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Senior Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX / UI teams, and QA to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze e-commerce processes, identify gaps, and suggest optimizations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product strategy.
- Assist in creating functional specifications for web and mobile platforms.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure the final product meets business goals.
- Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups in an Agile environment.
