Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Lawyer. The Assistant Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, assisting with contract drafting, and supporting dispute resolution processes. The role also entails collaborating with clients, coordinating with senior lawyers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of legal solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to providing reliable, efficient, and client-centered legal support.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Drafting

Experience with Contract Review, Document Preparation, and Case Summaries

Knowledge of Dispute Resolution Processes and Litigation Support

Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Time-Management Skills

Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment and collaborate with teams

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; candidates with a master’s degree or relevant certifications will be preferred

Familiarity with legal technology and AI-based platforms is a plus
