Job description

Technical Skills :

  • Advanced Solidity programming and smart contract development
  • Deep understanding of EVM architecture, bytecode, and gas optimization
  • Mastery of consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, PBFT, etc.) and ability to modify / implement them
  • Strong cryptography background including : asymmetric / symmetric encryption, hash functions, digital signatures, zero-knowledge proofs
  • Proficiency in Layer 2 scaling solutions (Rollups, State Channels, Plasma)

Security Expertise :

  • Smart contract security patterns and common vulnerabilities (re-entrancy, overflow / underflow, front-running)
  • Formal verification methods and security auditing tools
  • Secure key management and wallet implementations

    • System Design :

  • Distributed systems architecture and P2P networking
  • Blockchain data structures and storage optimization
  • Performance optimization and scalability solutions
  • Cross-chain communication protocols design

    • Development Tools :

  • Hardhat for development environment
  • Web3.js / ethers.js / wagmi / viem libraries
  • Testing frameworks (Mocha, Chai)
  • Version control (Git) and CI / CD pipelines

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Experience with cross-chain bridges and interoperability protocols
  • Understanding of tokenomics and governance mechanisms
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and standards
  • Strong documentation and technical writing abilities
