  • End to end management of employee lifecycle, from planning to hiring, career progression, PMS & exits.
  • Ideation and discussion with Talent team and business on various talent management projects.
  • Stakeholder management and employee connects
  • Reports / Dashboard, Monthly stakeholder connects
  • Attrition Analysis - Intervention through employee ratings / chances of probable hike / need for retention / identifying suitable role / location etc.
  • Exit Interviews analysis
  • Drive Annual Performance Assessment process for the functions
  • Chance to work on key talent projects across APAC & other Liberty Markets
