What you’ll do :

Lead hiring and onboarding

Drive employee engagement & retention

Oversee performance reviews

Ensure compliance & manage policies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience  (Plastic industry preferred)
• Proficiency in English, Tamil & Malayalam
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus
