Position Title : Dispatch Manager

Location : Manesar, Haryana

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (Full-Time, Onsite)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Dispatch Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate purchase orders, and manage logistics across warehouse locations.  This role requires meticulous execution, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain high fulfilment accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage purchase order approvals and coordinate with marketplace and internal supply chain teams.
• Update and maintain daily operational KPIs and performance metrics
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational discrepancies
• Execute cycle counts and inventory management activities
• Maintain and publish daily operational dashboards — including orders processed, delay reports, and error rate trends
• Review team performance and conduct operational discussions
• Track daily order processing cycle time and ensure dispatch within SLA (≤24 hours) of order confirmation
• Conduct periodic audits of packed and staged orders to ensure zero dispatch discrepancies.
• Implement multi-level order verification to minimize wrong dispatches or SKU mismatches.
• Supervise daily operations — picking, packing, loading, and dispatch — ensuring process adherence
• Conduct root cause analyses for operational discrepancies and implement preventive measures
