Oracle OAF Developer - PL-SQL

Role Overview:

As an OAF Developer, you will serve as a core technical contributor responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of customized Oracle E-Business Suite applications. You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our clients' ERP ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance functionality across their business modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop complex OAF pages and extensions to meet specific business requirements within the Oracle EBS environment.

- Write and optimize advanced PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers to ensure data integrity and high-performance backend processing.

- Configure and customize Oracle Workflow to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency for end-users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and provide sustainable fixes for production issues.

- Lead the technical migration and integration efforts as clients transition toward Oracle Cloud ERP environments.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and documentation to maintain high standards of technical quality and system maintainability.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying OAF components and personalizations within Oracle EBS R12.

- Proficiency in writing complex PL/SQL queries and performance tuning to handle large-scale enterprise data.

- Hands-on experience in designing and managing Oracle Workflow processes to support automated business logic.

- Proven ability to navigate the transition from on-premise Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud ERP architectures.

- Strong analytical skills to translate functional business needs into technical specifications and robust code.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Gurgaon, balancing independent development tasks with team-based project goals.

- Candidates must possess 6 to 11 years of relevant experience in Oracle application development.
