What You'll Do

• Lead the overall brand strategy and drive business growth.
• Own New Product Development (NPD), Go-to-Market (GTM), and product launch strategies.
• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across Digital, ATL, BTL, PR, and Influencer channels.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Sales, and Category teams to scale products and improve customer acquisition.
• Analyze consumer insights, campaign performance, and brand health metrics to drive data-backed decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Brand Marketing experience in D2C, FMCG, E-commerce, or Consumer Brands.
• Proven experience in brand building, product launches, and GTM strategy.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling, communication, and analytical skills.
• Passion for creating consumer-first brands in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
