Therapy Area: Acute Care Chronic Care Gastro experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and business objectives for the assigned territory.
• Lead coach and monitor a team of 3 Medical Executives.
• Drive prescription generation and ensure strong customer engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors hospitals and key stakeholders.
• Monitor field activities conduct joint field work and provide regular coaching to the team.
• Prepare sales reports and implement business strategies to improve market share.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Acute/Chronic therapy is mandatory.
• Gastro therapy experience will be preferred.
• Strong leadership people management and process orientation.
• Stable career history with good performance.
• Candidate should be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
• Age: Below 38 years.
