JOB TITLE	Circle Head (CH) Grade L1 CRC
REPORTS TO	Zonal Head

Nature of the Job

To create awareness about our products to build relationships with customers and promote usage of products by introducing and selling company products to potential customers The products include a wide range of Water Purifiers Water Softeners Vacuum Cleaners Air Purifiers and Pet Grooming Kits.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

Conduct Morning Meeting on all working days with the team

Assign and allocate territory to team

Maintain an On roll/Module of 100% and Operative/Module of minimum 90%.

Participation in BTL activities - Road Shows / Exhibitions / Camps/ Society Engagement Programs/Activations

Convert leads allotted centrally into sales through self and team & report daily in field sales application

Achieve DCS (daily collection statement) plan as per company norms - daily weekly monthly individually and through the reporting team

Prioritize sales of focus SKUs

Ensure consistent performance of each team member by continuous monitoring

Collections:

Maintain Nil CDA and unit outstanding Collection of initial 3 months Euro Value (EV) payments

People:

Ensure proper grooming of Eurochamps in the team

Coach and train team members on functional skills technical skills customer handling skills negotiation and selling skills.

Focus on recruitment to ensure 100% on roll to module through employee referrals job fairs CSR foundations educational institutions and lateral recruitments.

Conduct weekly training of team on high value products and focus SKUs.

Conduct Daily Role Plays and Mirror review with team members every month

Launch incentives & programs of the organisation to motivate Eurochamps for achieving the objectives of schemes

Ensure Attendance & Reporting of the team in Field Sales Portal.

Take required action on absconding inoperative and under-performing employees who are below moving average norms

Customer:

Close all open orders / installation / customer training

Resolve and manage sales / service issues and close customer complaints related to sales and delivery within 48 hours

Required Qualification and Experience:

Qualification: HSC/ITI/ Diploma / Degree

Experience: Should have 5 years experience in field sales and team handling role for minimum 2 years

Target industry:

DTH Telecom BFSI Services industry Insurance Internet Service Providers Tourism etc.
