Role Overview:

As a Senior IAM Consultant specializing in One Identity, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust identity governance and administration solutions.

You will collaborate closely with global clients to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Your work will directly impact the security posture of enterprise environments, ensuring seamless access management, compliance, and lifecycle automation for thousands of users.

This role involves working within a high-performing team of security professionals to deliver end-to-end IAM implementations that align with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement One Identity Manager solutions to automate user lifecycle management and access governance for enterprise clients.

- Develop custom scripts and automation workflows using PowerShell to streamline identity provisioning and de-provisioning processes.

- Design and optimize complex SQL queries and database schemas to ensure high performance and data integrity within the IAM environment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into functional design specifications that meet security and compliance standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the implementation and post-deployment phases to ensure system stability.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of development and configuration quality across the project lifecycle.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end implementation and customization of One Identity Manager within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries and managing relational databases to support IAM data structures and reporting requirements.

- Strong scripting capabilities in PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and integrate IAM solutions with target systems.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Proven experience in managing the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and support.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving security frameworks.

- Professional experience ranging from 4-12 years in IAM development and consulting roles.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment based out of our Pune office, collaborating with global teams across different time zones.
