We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader to lead large-scale PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) transformation programs across Engineering and Manufacturing organizations. The role requires driving end-to-end change management strategies that accelerate adoption, improve business readiness, and ensure successful realization of transformation goals. This is a client-facing consulting leadership role that involves partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to deliver sustainable organizational change across complex enterprise environments. Roles & Responsibilities: Transformation Leadership - Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams for large-scale PLM transformation programs. - Develop change strategies aligned with business objectives, transformation roadmaps, and value realization goals. - Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define success metrics and transformation outcomes. - Guide organizations through process, culture, and operating model changes. Change Strategy & Execution - Design and execute enterprise-wide change management frameworks and governance models. - Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations. - Drive communication plans, leadership engagement initiatives, and change adoption programs. - Develop and implement training, learning, and capability-building strategies. - Manage business transition and deployment readiness activities across multiple program phases. Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption - Build strong relationships with C-level executives, business functions, and IT teams. - Create compelling change narratives and executive communications. - Establish change champion networks to support transformation adoption. - Drive employee engagement and behavioral change initiatives. Program Integration & Governance - Collaborate with PMO/TMO teams to integrate change management into overall program delivery. - Ensure alignment between business, technology, and transformation workstreams. - Track adoption KPIs and change effectiveness metrics. - Identify risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies to improve transformation outcomes. Technical Requirements: Mandatory Skills & Experience - 12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation Consulting, or Business Transformation. - Proven experience leading OCM initiatives for PLM transformation programs. - Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms such as: - Siemens Teamcenter - PTC Windchill - Dassault ENOVIA - SAP PLM Core OCM Expertise - Stakeholder Analysis & Management - Change Impact Assessment - Business Readiness Planning - Change Governance - Communications Strategy - Training & Learning Enablement - Adoption Measurement & Reporting - Organizational Design & Operating Model Transformation Domain Expertise - Engineering & Manufacturing - Discrete Manufacturing - Industrial Products - Consumer Products - Automotive - Aerospace & Defense - Food & Beverage - Retail Manufacturing Consulting & Leadership Skills - Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership. - Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to lead complex, multi-vendor transformation environments. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities. - Experience managing multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously. Additional Information: Preferred Qualifications: - PROSCI Certification or equivalent Change Management certification. - Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies. - Exposure to Digital Transformation, ERP, MES, or Supply Chain transformation programs. - Experience working in global delivery and matrix organizations.
