About the role

To drive service revenue growth and AR Management ensure seamless delivery of after-sales services for Light Commercial Products by effectively managing key customer accounts enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives through strong relationship management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

As a (specify role) youll be responsible for:

• Manage and grow service business revenue for assigned key accounts in the Light Commercial Products portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop account plans to achieve revenue profitability and service delivery targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Service Operations Sales Logistic Finance Spares management team PMs desk and Technical Support) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor service contracts renewals warranty claims and annual maintenance agreements (AMCs).
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service offerings and value-added solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements resolve escalations and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue margins customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Prepare periodic business reviews forecasts and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and quality processes.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 58 years of experience in National Account Management After-Sales Service or Service Business Development.
• Experience in Light Commercial Products HVAC Electrical Industrial Equipment or related industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of service operations contract management and revenue generation.
• Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP )
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and business meetings.

Pay Range (For Japan & Singapore Work Pass)

The annual salary salary/hourly rate for this position is between X XX annually/per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include but are not limited to skills education experience and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
