Position Title : Sr. Executive Finance

Location: Bhimadole

Department : Finance

Reporting Manager: Leader, Tax & Compliance)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Tax & Audit support:
Preparation of TDS and TCS input working files for payment and periodic return filings.
Preparation of data for GST Monthly & annual returns filings.
Monthly reconciliation of GST input tax credit with books & ECL. Coordination with user department for follow up on resolution of GST non-filers issue.
Support GST department audit, Income tax assessments and coordination with consultants to ensure timely submission of response to tax authorities.
Prepare tax invoices for sale of fixed assets & other services.
Supporting Statutory and Tax audit by submission of invoices' samples and related working documents.
Tracking and on time payment of Tax liabilities (Custom duty, GST, TDS, TCS, PT, PF, ESI, etc.).
Accounts Payable & Treasury:
Coordination with Financial Shared service team for timely and accurate vendor/employee payments.
Verification of vendor invoices for DOA compliance and accuracy, review of invoice accounting entries and vendor payment proposals.
Coordination with payroll team for payroll related provisioning, payments and accounting.
Tracking customer ageing and payment collection. Preparation and submission of documents to the bank for foreign currency inward clearances.
Coordination with the Bankers and preparation and submission of documents for WCDL drawdown, Buyers' Credit loan request, loan/interest repayment, GR Waiver, Deposits, EEFC conversion and signatory updating.
Tracking and submission of Unhedged foreign currency exposure with the Bank.

Reporting/ Supervisory Relationships

Direct Reporting to Leader Tax & Compliance and dotted line to Leader, Accounting & Treasury.

Organizational Relationships (Internal & External)

Co-ordination with cross functional team within the Plant and with the regional treasury team.
External liaising with the Banks, Government departments (GST, Income Tax and District authorities) and Audit clerks.

Education And Experience Requirements

Semi qualified CA (Inter) with 4 to 6 years of working experience or Qualified CA with 3-5 years of working experience in the same domain.
Exposure to MS-Office and SAP ERP.
Strong Communication & Interpersonal skill.
