Collections Associate

Experience: 1–5 Years | Shift: US Shift | Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Job Summary

We are hiring Collections Associates with experience in US Collections to drive timely recovery of outstanding receivables, resolve customer queries, and support healthy cash flow through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections for assigned customer accounts.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for payment follow-ups.
• Review aging reports and track overdue invoices.
• Resolve billing disputes and payment issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to remove collection barriers.
• Document customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and SLAs.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in US Collections/Accounts Receivable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of collections, aging analysis, and dispute resolution.
• Experience with collection tools
• Exposure to BPO, KPO, Shared Services, or Global Operations environments.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
