Summary

As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer you will be responsible for designing building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow HR Service Management (HRSD) / ITSM modules and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Product Development: Design develop and improve the digital products and technology services provided to internal clients and employees.

• Software Engineering Practices: Apply a broad range of software engineering practices from analyzing user needs and developing new features to supporting automated testing and deployment pipelines.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure the quality security reliability and compliance of platform solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Platform Observability: Build observability into ServiceNow solutions to monitor production health help resolve incidents and remediate the root causes of risks and technical issues.

• Continuous Improvement: Continuously up-skill learn new technologies/practices reuse strategic platforms and standards evaluate options and make platform decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.
