TAP Developer - Banking Platform

We are looking for a skilled TAP Developer with strong experience in Triple'A (TAP) Core Banking and Wealth Management implementations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in TAP Core development, Java technologies, and integration of core banking systems with enterprise and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize solutions using Triple'A (TAP) Core Banking platform.

- Implement and support WealthSuite solutions within the Private Wealth Management domain.

- Develop and maintain applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, and related web technologies.

- Integrate TAP Core with internal banking systems and external third-party applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Perform system configuration, enhancements, testing, and production support.

- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 4-9 years of experience in Core Banking application development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Triple'A (TAP) Core Banking platform.

- Experience implementing WealthSuite solutions within the Private Wealth domain.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, and web application development.

- Strong understanding of Core Banking architecture and banking business processes.

- Experience integrating core banking platforms with enterprise applications and third-party systems.

- Knowledge of TAP Core design principles, configuration, and customization.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
