Front Office Executive

We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front office and create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Excel, and have strong organizational abilities. In addition to reception duties, the role includes supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining housekeeping records, and ensuring the office premises remain clean, organized, and welcoming.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and courteous personality.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle visitors and clients with confidence and professionalism.
• Leadership skills to supervise housekeeping staff effectively.
