Command Center Executive

Job Description - Command Center Executive Department: FRM Location: Pune Reporting To: Command Center Manager Employment Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Command Center Executive to monitor centralized CCTV operations across multiple retail stores. The role is responsible for identifying security incidents, supporting loss prevention initiatives, ensuring operational compliance, and coordinating timely incident escalation to safeguard company assets and people. Key Responsibilities - Monitor live CCTV feeds from multiple retail stores through the Central Command Center. - Detect and report incidents including shoplifting, employee theft, POS fraud, cash handling irregularities, safety hazards, and security breaches. - Monitor compliance with store SOPs, operational standards, and safety protocols. - Escalate incidents to Store Managers, Retail OPS, and FRM teams with supporting evidence. - Retrieve and preserve CCTV footage for investigations, audits, and management requirements. - Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare daily/shift-wise MIS reports. - Report CCTV system faults and coordinate with IT/vendors for timely resolution. - Ensure confidentiality of surveillance data and compliance with company policies. Qualifications & Experience - Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also be considered). - 1–2years of experience in CCTV Monitoring, Command Center/Control Room Operations, Retail Loss Prevention, or Security Operations. - Working knowledge of CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS), NVR/DVR, and basic retail operations. - Certification in CCTV or Electronic Security Systems is an added advantage. Key Competencies - Strong observation and analytical skills. - Ability to monitor multiple screens simultaneously. - Quick decision-making and incident assessment. - Effective communication and report writing. - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Timely detection and escalation of security incidents. - Accuracy and quality of incident reports and MIS. - CCTV system uptime and fault reporting. - Monitoring effectiveness across assigned stores. - Zero missed critical security incidents. Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Central Command Centers, or ex-servicemen with surveillance operations experience are encouraged to apply.
