Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Bangalore/Pune.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex insurance claim processing solutions that drive operational efficiency for our global clients.
You will work in close collaboration with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional project teams to translate intricate business requirements into scalable technical configurations.
By leveraging your deep expertise in the Guidewire ecosystem, you will directly influence the digital transformation of our insurance platforms, ensuring seamless claim lifecycles and superior end-user experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement robust Guidewire ClaimCenter configurations to streamline end-to-end claim processing workflows for enterprise insurance clients.
- Design and maintain complex integrations between ClaimCenter and external systems, ensuring high data integrity and system reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and optimize system performance, directly contributing to reduced claim settlement times.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Lead the technical execution of system upgrades and patch deployments, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter, including advanced configuration and integration development using GOSU and the Guidewire platform.
- Possess a strong understanding of ACE (Advanced Configuration/Extension) and hold a valid GWCP (Guidewire Certified Professional) certification, reflecting a mastery of the platform.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a minimum of 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the insurance domain, specifically within the Guidewire suite.
- Show a high degree of adaptability in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in Bangalore and Pune.
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.
