Job Description:

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Education: B.S. / MS / B.Tech

Years of Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Indore,Noida

Skills & Experience Required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Problem-Solving aptitude
• Understanding of Linux
• Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS / AZURE / GCP)
• Understanding of IaaS(VM, Disk, VPC, Subnet etc. ) for one or more cloud
• Understanding of cloud IaaS templates(AWS CFT/Azure ARM Templates/GCP Terraform) for one or more cloud.
• Understanding of cloud security (AWS IAM Role, Azure Managed Identity, GCP Service account etc)
• Understanding of Big Data, Hadoop technologies
• Understanding of SQL, BI tools, Data query tools is an added advantage

Role Engineers will:

• Work with highly technical teams of Fortune 100 or most modern data architecture customers in the US
• Evaluate cloud and big data preparedness of the customers.
• Setup Cloud clusters with pre-requisite configurations using automated scripts or manually
• Setup Kyvos Platform on Cloud using installers and monitor configurations.
• Fine Tune the complete cloud cluster for the best performance and optimized cost
• Study new releases and developments in Cloud environments (all of AWS, Azure and GCP) to predict compatibility impact and to make improvements.
• Meticulously plan and execute upgrades to Kyvos platform.
• Author and review SOPs
• Mentor and lead a young and growing global team of support engineers.
• Own customer issues and advocate customer service in internal interactions

Skills Required
