• Responsibility for analyzing financial data and preparing forecasts budgets and financial models to support strategic business decisions

• Identification of trends variances and improvement opportunities with the derivation of actionable recommendations for management

• Planning and coordination of cost center discussions including analysis of plan-versus-actual deviations and advising business units

• Support and enhancement of month-end quarter-end and year-end closing processes using modern data and system solutions

• Development maintenance and continuous optimization of automated reports and BI dashboards (e.g. using Power BI) to support transparent KPI and financial reporting complemented by documentation and user training.

• Translation of BU-specific controlling requirements into dashboards contributing to divisional controlling and IT-relatedprojectsand activelyparticipatingin the Self-Service Analytics Community.

• Automation and standardization of reporting and data processes to increase efficiency

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

Qualification

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Finance/Accounting Business Informatics or a related field.

Preferred Skills / Special Skills

• More than 5 years of experience in Finance Controlling

• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables Power Query) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

• Experience with ERP systems (Infor LN) is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively to stakeholders

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
