Inside Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities:

• Handling MIS updates, Market Report updates, Analysis of market information.
• Effective communication with customers / distributors, analyze demand trend and develop mechanism to anticipate demand fluctuations in advance, and communicate with BU/factories for delivery pull-in or push-out.
• Will be responsible for handling RFQs, making quotations thru Sales Force.
• Requires understanding of Automotive business, working in close coordination with Sales team.
• Analyzing Quotations and follow-up tracking with Sales and Distributors.
• Must have prior experience of handling Inquiries & Quotations for Components business.
• Should be able to understand nature of Automotive business and supply chain thru distribution channels.
• Well versed with handling excel database and develop customized formats as per requirement.
• Effective verbal and written communication (by email) with customers, colleagues, and overseas BU/factories.
• Should be able to develop / prepare MIS reports in line with business requirement.
