Software Engineer in Test

Experience: 5 to 8 years SDET (Level II)

Location: Pune-Hybrid (Near Pune Station)

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer – QA Automation with strong technical expertise and a passion for quality engineering.
• The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks, collaborate closely with development teams, and drive quality assurance best practices across the product lifecycle.
• This is a role ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience and are ready to take ownership of automation initiatives end-to-end.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software QA and automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python for test automation.
• Expertise with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, REST
• Assured.
• Strong understanding of API testing, CI/CD integration, and version control (Git).
• Working knowledge of test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
• Familiarity with cloud-based test execution platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, AWS
• Device Farm)
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Performance Testing.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized testing environments.
• Knowledge of security and accessibility testing principles.
• Experience in AI-driven or self-healing test automation frameworks.
