Certinia Functional Lead

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead enterprise-scale Certinia implementations and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead business discovery workshops and gather functional requirements.

- Design and configure Certinia PSA solutions aligned with business needs.

- Work across modules including : Resource Management, Project Management, Time & Expense, Project Financials, Billing & Revenue Management, Forecasting & Utilisation, Reporting & Dashboards.

- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.

- Lead UAT, defect management, go-live, hypercare, and end-user training.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Salesforce Developers, Integration teams, and QA.

Requirements :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce).

- Minimum 3-5 end-to-end Certinia PSA implementations.

- Strong expertise in business process analysis and functional solution design.

- Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

- Deep understanding of Professional Services business operations.

Preferred Skills :

- Certinia (FinancialForce) Certification.

- Salesforce Platform knowledge.

- Agile/Scrum experience.

- Integration experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise applications.

- Experience supporting Fortune 500 or large enterprise implementations.
