Job Description :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented QA Manual Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think beyond standard test scenarios to uncover hidden defects. Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

- Perform end-to-end manual testing for web and mobile applications.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.

- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high product quality.

- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases.

- Participate in requirement discussions and provide quality-focused feedback early in the development lifecycle.

- Suggest creative testing approaches to improve product quality and user experience.

- Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and defect logs.

Mandatory Skills :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Manual Testing.

- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.

- Experience in writing detailed test cases and test plans.

- Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.

- Experience using bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, etc.).

- Good understanding of APIs and basic SQL for backend validation.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.

- Understanding of browser developer tools.

- Experience testing responsive web or mobile applications.

- Exposure to automation testing concepts is an added advantage.
