Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented GenAI Engineer with expertise in Python, Agentic AI, and Generative AI to design and build intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and modern AI/ML frameworks. You will work on developing scalable AI solutions that leverage NLP, machine learning, and autonomous AI agents to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Python.

- Build intelligent AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing complex workflows.

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.

- Design and implement AI/ML models for real-world business use cases.

- Develop NLP-based applications including chatbots, document intelligence, semantic search, and knowledge assistants.

- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for performance and accuracy.

- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices.

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI systems for scalability and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 5 - 9 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and applications.

- Good knowledge of Machine Learning concepts, neural networks, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

- Experience designing, training, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.

- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Git, and software development best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI APIs).

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.

- Exposure to multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI governance.
