Job Role

We are hiring a Payment Associate to support our Payment Department. The Associate will assist in engaging with parents, managing EMI collections, and maintaining payment records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in finance operations or customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in calling students and parents for EMI payment reminders
  • Help maintain and update payment tracking documents
  • Support the executive team in follow-up processes
  • Learn and apply customer engagement and financial coordination best practices
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to target achievements

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory)
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 Year (Mandatory)
  • Basic proficiency in English (preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Sheets, etc.)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute quickly
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in communication
