Job Description
Lead and transform the end-to-end HR Shared Services function supporting 35,000+ employees across multiple businesses and legal entities. Drive standardized, technology-enabled, and SLA-driven HR operations across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, process automation, and cost optimization. Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and HR Technology teams to enhance service delivery, implement digital solutions, and continuously improve HR processes through innovation and scalable operating practices.

Principal Accountabilities
Lead the design and execution of Service Level Agreements SLAs for all employee lifecycle services ensuring timely and quality service deliverybrEstablish realtime SLA monitoring dashboards and manage remediation of SLA breaches and escalation processesbrDeliver a bestinclass employee experience through standardized yet flexible processes focusing on both bluecollar and whitecollar populationsbrArchitect and document standard operating procedures SOPs and governance frameworks for all HR operations functionsbrIdentify and execute initiatives for process simplification standardization and elimination driving the adoption of Lean and continuous improvement methodologiesbrPartner with HR Technology and IT to automate HR processes using proprietary HRMS RPA workflow engines and AI agentsbrBuild mentor and develop a highperforming team of HR Shared Services professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer centricitybrAct as the primary strategic partner to HR Business Partners and business leadership on HR operations roadmap and capability developmentbrEnsure compliance with Indian labor laws company policies and internal control frameworks maintaining audit readiness and supporting auditsbrDevelop operational dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators using data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
