Freelance On-Camera Content Creator (Male & Female)

About the Role

As an On-Camera Content Creator your primary responsibility is to bring Reel scripts to life.

You'll work closely with our creative team including scriptwriters video editors graphic designers and social media strategists to produce engaging authentic and viral-ready content.

You don't need to edit videos or manage social media.

Your superpower is capturing attention within the first three seconds and keeping viewers engaged until the end.

What You'll Do

• Perform in Instagram Reels for various brands and industries.

• Deliver scripts naturally with confidence and energy.

• Record videos following creative direction.

• Present products services stories and educational content on camera.

• Shoot multiple short-form videos during content production sessions.

• Collaborate with our creative team to improve content performance.

• Be comfortable experimenting with new trends hooks and storytelling styles.

• Help create content that people watch share save and remember.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is confident speaking in front of the camera.

• Has a natural expressive and engaging personality.

• Can communicate clearly in English and/or Hindi (Gujarati is a bonus).

• Learns scripts quickly and adapts to different brand voices.

• Is comfortable creating content across multiple industries.

• Understands Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and trending content.

• Can take feedback positively and improve with each shoot.

• Has strong body language facial expressions and voice modulation.

• Is punctual professional and reliable.

Bonus Skills

• Experience creating your own Instagram or YouTube content.

• Basic understanding of social media trends.

• Improvisation and storytelling skills.

• Acting anchoring hosting or public speaking experience.

• Ability to create authentic user-generated content (UGC).
