SAP Successfactors HCM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA integration to join our team.

Location: Pune

Experience: 5+

Required Skills:

* SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementation and support experience

* Hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC) and SAP SuccessFactors modules

* Strong experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA

* Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) for SuccessFactors integrations

* Experience with employee master data, organizational data, payroll, and time management integration

* Understanding of OData APIs, IDocs, Web Services, and middleware concepts

* Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support projects

* Ability to gather business requirements and provide functional solutions

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
