Key Responsibilities

• Bulk hiring: Drive large-scale recruitment campaigns specifically for Healthcare BPO operations.
• End-to-end recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and deliver on talent requirements.
• Team leadership: Mentor and guide recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of recruitment experience, with proven expertise in Healthcare BPO bulk hiring.
• Strong understanding of talent markets in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight timelines.
