Weare looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in program scheme or project management within the agriculture domain. Responsibilities- Lead and manage programs schemes or projects within the agriculture sector.- Ensure the effective planning execution and delivery of assigned initiatives.- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals.- Monitor project performance manage risks and implement corrective actions as necessary. Report progress and results to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.- Drive innovation and best practices in project management processes
