PPC Executive (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive to plan execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing ad campaigns a strong grasp of performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive traffic leads and conversions while managing ad spend efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan create and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search Display Shopping Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Conduct keyword research audience research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Write and test ad copy headlines and creatives (in coordination with the design team) for better CTR and conversions
• Set up and manage campaign budgets bidding strategies and audience targeting to maximize ROI/ROAS
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-backed optimizations (bids keywords placements audiences)
• Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR CPC CPA ROAS and conversion rate
• Set up and manage conversion tracking pixels and tags using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
• A/B test ad creatives landing pages and audience segments to improve performance
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights/recommendations to stakeholders
• Stay updated on the latest trends algorithm updates and best practices in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Coordinate with the content/design team to ensure landing pages and creatives align with campaign goals

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience running PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Working knowledge of Google Ads Editor Google Analytics (GA4) Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly
• Basic understanding of SEO and how it complements paid campaigns is a plus
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects with attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (preferred not mandatory)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO basics
• Knowledge of remarketing/retargeting strategies
